This story contains some mature and possibly sexual content but not in a sexual way. It’s more so in a funny way. At least I think it’s funny, you don’t have to agree though.

“As individuals we tend to climb to our levels of incompetence. We behave as though up is better and more is better, and yet all around us we see the tragic victims of this mindless escalation.”

Over the years of restaurant employment I have come to know many wonderful characters in life. There are many reasons that restaurants pull in, what could be known as, the unfits of society. Almost everyone that I’ve met in this world are exactly that. There are definitely some that could work in an office but when you’re a cocaine addicted chef, or heroin addicted server, or the bus boy selling them those drugs then you somehow blind yourself from “normal” life.

Many people walk into restaurants and see the staff there not as humans but as some robot like entities that are meant to cater to their wills. The truth is we’re not. In fact it's the opposite. I don’t think people understand that we are in the position to gaze into every aspect of the general public. What a disappointment it is when you find the same conversations happening over and over again.
