Fighting Anxieties and Thriving Without Direction

I’ve always thought about the future and inversely so the past. When I was younger I did this a lot I envisioned my version of a perfect future and found within this a lot of anxiety. I didn’t realize this anxiety was actually detrimental to my ability to manifest the visions I saw in my foresight. I wouldn’t say that foresight is a load of shit but there does exist within foresight a place that I can only imagine to be like quick sand, or glue. In other words you get stuck and inaction ensues. Inaction is derived from anxiety and always worrying about time running out.
